Wall Hanging

This wall hanging was used by covering chipboard with patterned paper and decorating it with punched flowers and photos. The chipboard frames are held together using ribbon.

Handmade Paper Flowers

These flowers have been made from a circle cut in a circular fashion and glued together. Because they sat up too high I flattened them with my thumb. I used a large Kaisercraft pearl brad in the centres.The leaves and stems have been drawn, inked and cut freehand.

All the products are from Kaisercraft. These flowers are fun to make. i will do a tutorial soon.

The girls danced at Darling Harbour last weekend and Amanda and Cooper and I also went to see them. It was a glorious autumn day. We all went out for lunch afterwards then coffee and gelato.

Butterfly

I made this butterfly using the triangles cut from the Chevron strips I made. Then I free drew the body part and the antennae. So easy. "Waste not want not" as the saying goes.

Sydney Bridge Climb

The Bridge Climb was a present from Brian, Melanie and Amanda for my 60th Birthday last year. I did the climb on Mother's day and it was a glorious evening to do it. Not too cold and the lights coming on in Sydney were spectacular. I had a wonderful time.
